Pictured to the left is a goofy picture that aims to serve the purpose of showcasing some of my personality described in this post.
As you got from the title, my name is Vinny Hale. I'm from a small town located right on the border of Texas and Louisiana known as Orange, Texas - or as some might better know it - "Fruit City". Coming from The Fruit has taught me a lot about the types of people I want to surround myself with and how to have pride about your upbringing (but we'll save my #409 stories for another article).
Currently, I live in College Station, TX and attend Texas A&M University. I'm jointly pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Master's in Management Information Systems - which at a 30,000 ft. level - is basically coding for business people.
As I finish up my last semester here at Texas A&M, I am currently studying for my CPA and will hopefully accomplish my goal of becoming a CPA by the end of the semester. For those of you wondering, CPA is Certified Public Accountant and the exams AIN'T NO JOKE. I'll make sure to keep all three of the people who actually read this up to date in future articles as to how my exams go.
Aside from school and business there's some other things you should know about me. (1) I love to run - like a lot, (2) I love watching sports with my friends, and (3) my friends and I are smarter than every coach in the NFL - they should start listening next time we shout play calls at the TV.
Also, if you checked out my instagram page on this website (which you should) you probably saw a cute blonde girl in almost every picture. That's my wonderful girlfriend, Rachel.
Lastly, I have a beautiful mother named Lacey and I would be nowhere near where I am today if it wasn't for all of the sacrifices she made for me. Her passion for all that she does in life is truly inspiring and I can't thank her enough for instilling in me the values that she has.
