​Before joining the M&A Advisory firm that he currently works for, Vinny was a Manager in PwC's Digital Assurance and Transparency practice, where he led teams delivering global statutory reporting solutions for Fortune 500 clients. His work specialized in aligning financial reporting across multinational entities, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.

Prior to PwC, Vinny worked at Deloitte within the Risk and Financial Advisory practice, focusing on divestiture support for energy clients. Notably, he worked on valuation and divestiture efforts for multiple major refineries. He also advised clients on streamlining ESG data collection and automating control procedures using cloud-based solutions like Workiva.

Vinny’s academic foundation includes both a BS in Accounting and an MS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. A licensed CPA, his expertise spans across energy, finance, technology, and ESG reporting, with a deep understanding of cross-border financial compliance and digital transformation.
